Happy "Late" Easter

Well, here it is, a few days late, but this is what our family had going on for the Easter festivities.
First, Dane had a school egg hunt. We meet at the school, walked 1.5 miles to the park, had the egg hunt and then a picnic and then walked the 1.5 back to school. Talk about some worn out Kindergartners (and parents!) But they had a beautiful day for it.

On Easter Day, we went to the family home of one of my best friends, Rachel. They have an annual Egg Hunt every year. This year, there were over 250 eggs to find!

Today, there is a HUGE event in Downtown Crestview. Car show, poker run, Swap meet and yard sales ( I've been forbidden to go to the yard sales, LOL!) I'm sure I will have lots to show you tomorrow.
My nephew has spent his whole Spring Break with us. He's 16 and has found a new "friend". I've done a little chaperoning and drove them to the movies last night. Nephew Charlie hasn't gotten his license yet, but Uncle did try to show him how to drive a stick-shift.

I'm hoping to get some projects completed next week. My brain has been swirling with some ideas :0)
